Alexandra House provides 24-hour emergency shelter, support services and advocacy to victims of domestic and sexual violence. They are located in the city of Blaine but serve victims of domestic and sexual violence across the state of Minnesota.

Paint-A-Thon

Each year, in August, Cross of Hope rallies volunteers to participate in a local Paint-A-Thon. These volunteers paint the homes of low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities. The improvements we make help homeowners continue to live independently in their home.

Stepping Stone Emergency Housing

Stepping Stone Emergency Housing is a non - profit that is committed to assisting adults experiencing homelessness to find permanent solutions to their housing needs.  Stepping Stone Emergency Housing works closely with Anoka County, Riverwind and other providers to assist clients in solving their permanent housing needs.

Cross of Hope assists in collecting food and personal items for Stepping Stone.

Kids Against Hunger

Impact/Kids Against Hunger is a food packaging event done right at the church. The non-perishable meals which are package are sent either locally or overseas. They significantly reduces the number of hungry children in the USA and feeds starving children throughout the world.

Cross of Hope participates in a food packaging session at least once per year.

Feed My Starving Children

Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: children and adults hand-pack meals formulated specially for starving children, and we ship the meals to more than 60 countries around the world.

Cross of Hope volunteers once or twice a year at the facility in Coon Rapids, MN.

Red Cross Blood Drive

Thanks to generous blood donors, the Red Cross is able to provide blood products to patients in need. However, the need for blood is increasing every year with the advance of medicine and technology and the number of blood donors is not.

Cross of Hope hosts 2 yearly Blood Drives right at the church.
