Confirmation
is part of the lifelong process of maturing in the Christian faith. A person's spiritual journey begins at baptism and continues throughout his or her lifetime until he or she is called to be with God in Heaven. Confirmation is about learning skills of discipleship and spiritual discipline. These skills are taught through:
Bible Study ; learning to read God's word.

Prayer; learning to pray for the needs of others.

Worship; learning how God blesses his people through worship along with teaching us how to express praise and thanksgiving to our Lord.

Witness; learning to express the Gospel of Christ in a meaningful way.

Service; learning to recognize the needs and hurts of those in the
     world around us.

Family Living; learning about Christ through home devotions and daily
      traditions.

Leadership; learning to use the God-given gifts and abilities that strengthen
      the mission of the church.

Community; learning to relate to other Christians.
